Catering/Rentals

 

The Maxx is a licensed, full-service catering operation. Our experiences have allowed us to host wedding receptions, baby shower brunches, barbeques, birthday parties, corporate events, political dinners, lobster and clam bakes, holiday events, intimate cocktail parties and very large sports banquets. The following information is intended to introduce to you some of our catering and event coordinating abilities. While reviewing the information, please be mindful that we custom design many events to meet a full spectrum of budgets and menu styles.

If you are interested in having your event at The Maxx, we can offer you the atmosphere you are looking for. Our total capacity is approximately 500 hundred, but our rooms are conducive to parties of all sizes and types. From DJ-Spinning Sweet Sixteen’s to retirement holiday luncheons, let The Maxx turn your next event into something really special. If an off-premise event is what you had in mind, we have the experience to assist in the coordination of anything you might need to pull off your party including, but not limited to, rental items and tents. At this type of party, staffing is of the utmost importance. All the details need to be pulled together by a team of experienced professionals. We can offer our kitchen and service people to set-up and service your guests throughout the day or evening. We can also assist in the coordination with other vendors prior to your affair and throughout the gathering.

Together, we can create a dining experience that may include passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, a colorful bistro table, and a sit-down buffet or stations dinner. We can also provide floral decorations, centerpieces, soft drinks and in-shop, freshly-baked desserts including wedding cakes.

*Please note that we are a non-alcoholic facility.

Bistro Table consists of assorted fresh vegetables served with dips, imported and domestic cheeses, sliced cured meats, olives, pickled veggies and fresh seasonal fruit accompanied by crackers, and fresh baguette.

Building rentals:

All Rentals are for 4 Hrs and include use of tables, Chairs and light use of kitchen and bathrooms as well as a staff member to open/close the building and to answer any questions you might have the day of the rental.

Back Room (Capacity 200)- $175.00

Both Rooms: $300.00
